1. General provisions

The Adwent na Wodzie online store, available at adwentnawodzie.pl, sells Advent calendars and fishing accessories through its website. These terms set out the rules for placing orders, payment, delivery, returns and complaints.

2. Placing orders

You place an order by adding a product to the cart and completing the checkout. The sales contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by email. Prices shown in the store are gross prices in Polish zloty.

3. Payment

Payment is made in advance using the methods available at checkout (including BLIK, payment card and instant bank transfer). The order is processed once payment has been received.

4. Delivery

Delivery within Poland is free. We hand the order over for shipping within 48 hours and the parcel usually arrives within 10–20 business days. Products are shipped from a warehouse abroad. Once the parcel is dispatched, we send a tracking number.

5. Withdrawal, returns and complaints

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal statement; the cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Complaints are handled within 14 days; the seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract under the Polish Consumer Rights Act. See the Shipping & returns page for details.

6. Safety

The lures have sharp hooks. The product is not a toy; children should use it under adult supervision.

7. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) and the assistance of the local consumer ombudsman.

9. Final provisions

These terms apply from the date of publication. We announce any changes on the store website. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law.
