Shipping

Delivery within Poland is free. We hand your order over for shipping within 48 hours and the parcel usually arrives within 10–20 business days. Once it ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number.

Buying an Advent calendar? Order by 5 November at the latest to have it before 1 December. If it arrives later, just open the missed windows straight away.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your parcel to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Contact us via the Contact page and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Please return the calendar unopened in its original packaging.

Complaints

Did something arrive damaged or not as expected? Write to us, ideally with a photo, and we'll sort it out.
